目的探讨牛蒡茶辅助降低血脂的功能,为新牛蒡茶的开发及带动其在保健品、食品和药品等相关领域的发展提供可靠的理论依据.方法将40只大鼠随机分成4组,各组在给予高脂饲料喂养的同时,各剂量组给予不同剂量的牛蒡茶,35 d后观察大鼠血脂水平的变化.结果中、高剂量组大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)均低于高脂对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).血清TC分别下降22.2%,27.2%,血清TG分别下降33.3%,31.6%.结论牛蒡茶有辅助降血脂功能.

Objective To study the effect of burdock tea in reducing lipemia auxiliary, and provide the theoretical basis for the utilization of burdock tea in drug, health products and food. Methods 40 rats were divide into 4 group randomly, each group was fed with the same high-fat forage and different dose of burdock tea for 35 d, the lipid levels of rats were observed. Results The levels of total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) of the middle and high dose groups were lower than that of the control group. The level of TC decreased by 22.2%,27.2% respectively. The level of TG decreased by 33.3%, 27.2%, respectively. Conclusions Burdock tea has the function of reducing lipemia auxiliary.
