目的优选复方丹参片多糖的提取工艺.方法采用超声法、设置四因素三水平正交实验提取复方丹参片多糖.结果最佳提取方案为:料水比=1:40;提取时间35 min;醇沉浓度为乙醇浓度达90%;提取次数1次.结论通过正交试验确定的最佳方案,多糖提取量稳定,方法简单、可行.

Objective To optimize extraction technology for polysaccharides in Compound Danshen Tablets. Methods Ultraphonic method at 60℃, orthogonal experiments with four factors and three levels were designed to optimize the extraction of Compound Danshen Tablets polysaccharides. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:Compound Danshen Tablets to water=1:40; extraction time 35 min; ethanol concentration 90%; extraction once. Conclusion The amount of the extraction of polysaccharides was stable with the optimum scheme, the method was simple and feasible.
