目的提高联苯苄唑乳膏的质量.方法通过调整联苯苄唑乳膏的基质组成,改变主药联苯苄唑的加入方法制备联苯苄唑乳膏;并对改进处方与原处方制剂进行1年的保留样观察试验.结果改进处方制备的联苯苄唑乳膏更细腻,无砂粒感,放置无变硬、变干现象,稳定性明显优于原法制备的乳膏.结论改进的联苯苄唑乳膏处方合理、制备工艺简单可行,质量稳定可控.

Objective To improve the quality of Bifonazole Cream. Methods Bifonazole Cream was prepared by changing the composition of matrix and the way to adding principal composition. The preparation prepared by the improved and the primary formula were reserved for one-year sample observation test. Results The preparation prepared by the improved formula was characterized with better texture and no grit perception. There was no hardens and dries phenomenon. The stability was significantly superior to that of the primary formula. Conclusion The improved formula of Bifonazole Cream was reasonable, the preparation technology was simple and practical, and the quality was stable and controllable.
