目的调查分析本院I类切口围手术期应用抗菌药物情况.方法回顾分析本院2012年1~6月143例I类切口手术围手术期应用抗菌药物情况,评价其合理性.结果 I类切口手术预防使用抗菌药物率56.6%,无预防指征用药9例;抗菌药物选择不合理的10例;给药时机选择不合理的18例;平均预防用药时间4.43 d,疗程不合理44例.结论本院I类切口围手术期抗菌药物使用已较规范,但仍有预防用药持续时间过长等问题,需继续加强围手术期预防用药的管理.

Objective To analysis the perioperative antibacterial drug application in patients with type I incisions. Methods Utilization of antibacterial drugs in 143 cases of type I incision from January to June in 2012 was retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the rationality. Results The rate of prophylactic use of antibacterial drugs was 56.6 %, and the non-indicative medication use was 9 cases. The choice of antibacterial drugs was not suitable in 10 patients. The initial administration time of antibacterial drugs was not correct in 18 cases. The average day of prophylactic use of antibacterial drugs was 4.43 and the postoperative continue medication of antibacterial drugs in 44 cases were irrational. Conclusion The perioperative antibacterial drug application in patients with type I incisions was standardized, but irrational use, such as prolonged preventive use of drug, non-indications medication use, non-properly chosen antibacterial drugs and unsuitable starting time of giving antibacterial drugs, existed in this hospital. It is necessary to strengthen the management of perioperative antibacterial drug application.
