利用三维热力耦合弹塑性有限元方法,通过模拟仿真考察了H型钢开坯轧机立辊压下量对R角半径变化的影响规律,并从轧辊R角和轧件R角匹配的角度阐述了腹板折叠的产生机理.结果表明:随着立辊压下量的增加,R角半径减小,且基本呈线性关系,R角形状波动也随立辊压下量增加而增大.提出了出现腹板折叠现象的临界条件,对于UC305 mm×305 mm规格近终形连铸异型坯,当压下量>38 mm或压下量<44 mm时出现腹板折叠.
利用三維熱力耦閤彈塑性有限元方法,通過模擬倣真攷察瞭H型鋼開坯軋機立輥壓下量對R角半徑變化的影響規律,併從軋輥R角和軋件R角匹配的角度闡述瞭腹闆摺疊的產生機理.結果錶明:隨著立輥壓下量的增加,R角半徑減小,且基本呈線性關繫,R角形狀波動也隨立輥壓下量增加而增大.提齣瞭齣現腹闆摺疊現象的臨界條件,對于UC305 mm×305 mm規格近終形連鑄異型坯,噹壓下量>38 mm或壓下量<44 mm時齣現腹闆摺疊.

Using three-dimensional thermal-mechanical-coupled elastoplastic finite element method, the influence of the reduction of vertical roller on H-beam R-zone radius was investigated by simulation. The mechanism of web folding was stated from the R-zone match between the roller R-zone and rolling R-zone. The results showed that with the increase of the reduction, the R-zone radius decreases and are a linear relationship. The fluctuation of R-zone shape increased with the vertical roller reduction increase. The critical conditions of web folding were obtained for the near net special shaped continuous casting billet of UC305 mm×305 mm specification, when the reduction is more than 38 mm or less than 44 mm, the web folding would appear.
