Pointing to the influence of sintering dust in the flue gas desulfurization process of Laiwu Steel’s No.4 265 m2 sintering machine, through gas pretreatment in earlier stage and strengthening the cleaning of amine liquid in middle links, the desulfurization efficiency reached above 95%. The emission density of SO2 is controlled below 100 mg/m3, thus, the standard discharge of SO2 in the sintering gas can be realized.
