采用模块化编程,用GPIB总线技术来实现对频谱分析仪的自动化校准,对比传统的手工校准方法,该系统能快速、准确、简单地完成测量.实验数据表明,该系统稳定可靠,大大缩短了校准时间,提高了工作效率,通过对信号发生器输出电平的修正,将测量误差缩减到最小,保证了校准结果的准确性和可靠性.

There is many parameters needed to measure while calibrating the spectrum analyzer. The automated calibration used on the spectrum analyzer with modular programming and the GPIP bus technology can complete the measurement quickly,accurately and easily. The experiment data shows that the system is stable and reliable,the time-consuming and efficiency is proved. By correcting the output level of signal generator,the error is reduced to the least and the accuracy and accuracy of calibrating result is ensured.
