对全预混燃烧热风发生器进行燃烧实验,观察到该热风发生器的 CO、NOx排放浓度都很低,通过对实验数据及误差进行分析,得出了 CO、NOx的排放浓度和热风温度与热负荷和风量的关系,即 CO、NOx的排放浓度随着风机风量的增大而减小,随着热负荷的增大而上升;一定风机风量下,热风温度随着热负荷的增大而增大,一定热负荷下,热风温度随着风机风量的增大而降低.
對全預混燃燒熱風髮生器進行燃燒實驗,觀察到該熱風髮生器的 CO、NOx排放濃度都很低,通過對實驗數據及誤差進行分析,得齣瞭 CO、NOx的排放濃度和熱風溫度與熱負荷和風量的關繫,即 CO、NOx的排放濃度隨著風機風量的增大而減小,隨著熱負荷的增大而上升;一定風機風量下,熱風溫度隨著熱負荷的增大而增大,一定熱負荷下,熱風溫度隨著風機風量的增大而降低.

Through the combustion tests of the pre-mixed Combustion Heat Blower, we can find the emission concentrations of CO and NOx are low, and by analyzing the experiment data the relations between emission concentrations, hot air temperature and heat load, air flow are obtained as well:Emission concentration of CO and NOx decreases as the air flow increases and increases as the heat load increases, and hot air temperature increases as heat load increases if air flow is constant and decreases with air flow increases if heat load is constant.
