外墙面作为建筑物的外表层,需经受一切外界气候的影响,容易产生裂缝、霉菌,导致建筑物受到损坏.居住建筑节能施工在当前的建筑工程施工中占相当大的一块比例,如何提高施工技术与工程质量是大家关心的问题.不同的外墙节能保温施工方案其差异很大.本文就重点介绍外墙自保温砌块、外墙内保温无机砂浆两种方案的施工技术以及对外墙节能保温施工质量控制措施要点进行简要的分析,希望能为以后类似的施工提供一定的帮助.

Outside wal as the outer surface of the building, which need to withstand the impact of the entire external clim-ate and easy to produce cracks and mold so as to damage the b-uildings. The construction of residential building energy effici-ency accounts for a large proportion of the building constructi-on, and how to improve the construction technology and engi-neering quality are the issues of our concern. Different exterior wal energy-saving insulation construction has a big different program. In this article, the author emphasis on the two progr-ams of exterior wal insulation block and the heat preservation inorganic mortar of construction technology as wel as briefly analysis the quality control measures of energy-saving insulati-on wal construction, hope to provide some help for the future of similar construction.
