随着社会老龄化进程的推进,老年人的健康问题和生活质量深受社会各界的关注,住院老年患者睡眠质量的好坏直接影响老年患者的日常生活质量.良好的睡眠可以促进疾病的康复,提高机体免疫力,减少患病住院的机会,减轻社会和家庭的负担.本文通过系统回顾住院老年患者睡眠障碍的特点、相关因素以及护理干预,以期达到提高睡眠质量和生活质量的目的.

As social aging process moves forward, the elderly health and quality of life are deeply concerned by the community, and the sleep quality of the hospitalized elderly patients can directly affect their quality of everyday life. A good night’ s sleep can contribute to the rehabilitation of the diseases, improve immunity, reduce the opportunity of the prevalence of hospital, and the burden on the society and the family. A review is given in this paper, including the characteristics,related factors and nursing interventions of the hospitalized elderly patients with sleep disorders, in order to improve their quality of sleep and life.
