目的:探讨网络信息平台下 PBL 联合 CBL 教学在耳鼻喉科见习中的应用效果.方法:将见习同学随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用 PBL+ CBL 联合多媒体教学,对照组采用传统教学,分别统计理论考试成绩及进行问卷调查.结果:实验组理论成绩高于对照组,对 PBL+ CBL 联合多媒体教学方法感到满意.结论:PBL+ CBL 联合多媒体教学在耳鼻喉科见习中取得良好成效,值得推广.

Objective: To evaluate the application effect of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with case-based learning (CBL) under the platform of network information in the clinical probation of otolaryngology medicine. Methods:Trainee students were randomly divided either an experimental group or a control group, in which PBL combined CBL under the platform of network information and traditional teaching method were used respectively.Educational effects were evaluated through examination and questionnaire. Results: Theoretical scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05).Most students were satisfied with PBL combined CBL under the platform of network information. Conclusion: PBL combined CBL under the platform of network information is an effective teaching method for otolaryngology medical students.
