基于导热分析基本理论,利用MSC PATRAN/NASTRAN有限元计算软件,分析了3800吨级沥青船载运高温液货时液货舱的稳态温度场,并在此基础上对船体结构进行了温度应力校核,同时还对不同的绝缘层敷设方案给船体结构强度带来的影响作了分析.

Based on the basic principles of heat conduction analysis, this paper studies the steady state temperature field of a 3800t asphalt carrier loaded with high temperature liquid cargoes using the MSC PATRAN/NASTRAN finite element computation software, and checks the temperature tension of the hull structure based on the numerical results;moreover, the influence of using different insulating layers on the resulting hull structural strength is analyzed.
