钓鱼岛拥着丰富的石油、天然气资源和重要的战略位置,日本政府为了改变其能源不足的现状和牵制中国的发展,今年动作不断,从日本东京都知事石原慎太郎制造“购买”钓鱼岛闹剧到日本政府花20.5亿日元完成钓鱼岛“国有化”、从日本右翼分子登岛“慰灵”到美日在联合军演、外交拉拢,日本图谋完成将钓鱼岛从“实际控制”到“实际占领”的转变,变“非法控制”为“合法占有”.美国近两年逐渐战略东移,不断加大在太平洋地区的军事存在,并提出《美日共同防御条约》适用于钓鱼岛偏袒日本,使得这一地区形势日益复杂化.我国钓鱼岛主权和领土完整正面临严峻威胁.因此,针对日本窃取钓鱼岛的图谋提出合适的应对策略对保护我国国家能源安全、捍卫我国海洋国土主权有着重要意义.

There is extensive oil and natural gas resources in the Diaoyu Islands,and the strategic location of Diaoyu Islands is also very important. Therefore, it is very significant to explore an effective way to solve the Diaoyu Islands dispute to defend the sovereignty of China's maritime territory.
