云南省边境县域具有特殊的地理区位,对维护边境安全、生态安全具有重要意义,在“桥头堡”战略及“中缅石油管道”建设中,边境县域如何调整产业结构是促进区域经济发展的关键要素.文中利用较新的偏离-份额空间拓展模型,以边境县域 GDP、人均 GDP、第一、二、三产业数据为基础,对25个边境县域进行产业结构空间差异分析,结果表明:25个边境县域第二产业空间产业结构分量为负值,说明第二产业发展落后,阻碍了县域经济发展;第三产业空间竞争力分量为正值,说明第三产业增长速度高于空间增长速度,促进了县域经济发展;根据空间产业结构分量、空间竞争力分量、空间总偏离量将边境县域经济发展类型划分为发展优势区、发展平衡区、发展劣势区3种类型,并对不同发展类型提出发展建议.

The frontier counties in Yunnan Province have a special geographical location, which is significant to maintain the security of border and ecological. In the "bridgehead"strategy and "China-Myanmar oil pipeline" construction, how to adjust the industrial structure of frontier county regions is a key to promote regional economic development In this paper, the modified spatial expansion models has been used to analyze spatial dif-ferences of industrial structure, basing on the data of GDP, per capita GDP, the primary in dustry, secondary industry and tertiary industry of 25 frontier counties. The result shows: the spatial industrial structure of the secondary industry of 25 border counties is negative, which indicates that the secondary industry lagged behind, and hindered the e-conomy of county's development; The spatial competitiveness of the tertiary industrial is positive, indicating that the growth rate of tertiary industry has grown faster than spatial rate, and it promotes the economy of county's development; According to the component of the spatial industrial structure, the component of spatial competitiveness and the total shift, The economic growth of border counties level could be divided into three types:development advantage area, development balance area and development disadvantage area. Finally, Suggestions were put forward according to different types.
