自从我国零售业市场对外开放以来,外资零售集团开始逐渐进入我国市场,迅速展开了“圈地运动”.本文主要从时间和空间的角度对外资零售集团的空间扩张特点及空间扩张模式进行研究.在不同的时期,外资零售商空间扩张的规模和速度是不一样的,它经历了由缓慢进入到飞速增长的阶段.外资零售集团在我国进行空间扩张的过程中,有三种空间扩张模式,分别是渗透式扩张、跳跃式扩张、复合式扩张.通过对不同外资零售集团的实证分析,阐述了各个扩张模式的特点和不足之处.该研究对于国内民族商业的跨区域发展及国际化具有一定的借鉴意义.

Since our country retail trade market opened to the outside world, the foreign capital retail sales group has started to enter our country market gradually. The foreign retail groups in China have accelerated the pace of expansion space. This article mainly carries on the analysis on the foreign capital retail sales group's spatial expansion and spatial expansion mode from the perspectives of time and space. In our country different time stages, the scale of space and speed is not the same as the foreign capital retail merchants expand. It experienced from slow to fast growth stage. There are three kinds of spatial expansion pattern in the process which the foreign capital retail sales group carries on the space expansion in China, respectively infiltration of expansion, leaping ex-pansion, composite expansion. The empirical analysis to the different foreign capital retail sales group describe the characteristics of various expansion mode and inadequate. It has a certain referential significance for domestic national commercial crossing area develop-ment and internationalization development.
