At the pretrial period, the lawyer's defense right is an important part of the system of criminal defense. It has the theoretical foundation. And the foreign legislation and practice also have complete relevant provisions. There is a breakthrough to revise and improve of the legislation of lawyer's defense right at the pretrial period by drawing lessons from the beneficial experience on the"Criminal Procedure Law"in 2012 in China.
