目的对肩周炎采用麻醉下松解术结合常规手法治疗,观察其临床疗效;方法选取门诊肩周炎患者53例,进行臂丛麻醉下松解术治疗一次后,第二日开始每日进行常规推拿治疗一次,5次为一疗程,疗程间休息2日,总共2个疗程.观察治疗效果.结果临床治愈43例,显效10例,无效0例,总有效率100%.结论臂丛麻醉下松解术配合常规手法治疗肩周炎临床疗效显著,值得临床进一步推广应用.

Objective observe the clinic effect of Periarthritis of shoulder joint treated by joint mobilization as brachial plexus anesthesia method combined with Massage;Methods the 53 patients with Periarthritis of shoulder jioint,are treated once by joint mobilization as brachial plexus anesthesia method;the second day,treated by massage,once a day, five times a course of treatmeamt.oberserve the clinic effect after two courses of treatmeant.Results the number of cases clinical cure is 43,clinical significant is 10,the total efficiency is 100%.Conclusions the therapeutic efficacy of joint mo-bilization as brachial plexus anesthesia method combined with Massage is great significant and provids a new method for the treatmeant of Periarthritis of shoulder jioint with muti-therapies collection.
