肿瘤的演变是一个非常复杂的病理过程,因此,肿瘤的临床诊断和治疗都非常困难.消化系统癌症是一类严重威胁人类健康的恶性肿瘤,对其进行预防和治疗的关键在于早期诊断并采取恰当的治疗.取得肿瘤标本进行病理学检查是诊断消化系统癌症的重要方法,这是一种有创性的检查手段.影像学检查是无创性检查,但特异性不高,故只能作为辅助的检查手段.分子生物学的发展,带来了一些特异性很高的肿瘤标志物的发现,这使得肿瘤的诊断有了一些进展.现就肿瘤标志物及其在消化系统肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗的应用作一综述[1].

the evolution of the tumor is a complex pathological process,therefore,the diagnosis and treatment of difficult. the digestive system cancer is a kind of serious threat to human health of malignant tumor,early diagnosis and correct treatment is the key of prevention and treatment of cancer.obtain tumor specimens for pathological examination,which is an inasiely check.the specificity of the imaging studies is not high,so only as a means of supplementary tests.With the development of molecular biology,found that some of the high specificity of tumor markers,and to promote progress in the diagnosis of tumors.this paper for tumor markers in the digestive system tumors and its early diagnosis and treatment of application were summarized in this review.
