目的为了总结重症监护病房急危重症患者压疮的预防与护理.方法对91压疮其中1例全身多处大面积压疮的危重症患者采用基础护理,加强营养和压疮的分期治疗与护理等多种方法.结果全组91例治愈65例,好转15例,未愈11例.结论做好患者的心理护理、基础护理和全身营养支持,特别是根据患者的压疮情况,采取针对性的护理措施,对不同部位,不同程度采取不同的措施,是治愈压疮的关键所在.

Objective to summarize the icU intensive patients pressure sore prevention and care. Methods 91 pressure sores one cases of systemic multiple large area of pressure ulcers in critically ill patients with basic care,strengthen nutrition and pressure ulcer staging treatment and care of a variety of methods. Results all 91 patients were cured 65 cases,15 cases improved,healed in 11 cases. Conclusion good psychological care of patients,basic care and general nutritional support,in particular,according to the patient’s pressure sores,take targeted measures of care,different measures on different parts of dif-ferent degrees,the key to heal pressure sores .
