目的探讨核磁共振成像对股骨头缺血坏死介入治疗的价值、意义.方法搜集本科介入治疗病例50例,术前全部先行核磁共振检查,行超选择性插管并经导管进行局部药物治疗,记录相关资料.结果磁共振检查,对股骨头坏死进行确切分期,尤其 stir 等序列检查在早期 anfH 中,对微小的水分差和脂肪成分差.就能产生对比度.Mri 在 anfH 早期诊断的阳性检出率约为80%~90%,50例患者根据 steinberg 分期[1],其中 i 期-iV 期34例,V 期-Vi16例.在介入治疗过程中,根据分期,对药物灌注量及灌注时间有了比较可靠的指导,大大缩短了曝光时间,同时提高了疗效.结论 Mri能更敏感地检出早期 anfH,有利于提高股骨头坏死介入治疗的效率、减轻血管损伤和辐射危害.
