目的探讨高压氧联合血浆置换在治疗急性毒鼠强中毒的疗效.方法对83例急性毒鼠强中毒的病例分为治疗组(高压氧联合血浆置换)和对照组(单纯血浆置换)进行回顾性分析.结果高压氧联合血浆置换组降低血清酶更明显,治疗更有效.结论高压氧与血浆置换疗法为主综合治疗是保障毒鼠强中毒救治成功和减轻中毒引起的后续多器官损害的关键.

Objective to explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with plasma exchange. Method 83 cases of acute tetramine intoxication were studied retrospectively,these cases were divided into treatment group(hyperbaric oxygen with plasma exchange)and control group(plasma exchange only). Result the combined treatment significantly lowered plasma enzymes and were more effective. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with plasma exchange should be the key to the treatment of acute tetramine intoxication and toxic multiple organ damage.
