目的探讨小剂量咪达唑仑联合芬太尼用于局部麻醉的临床疗效及安全性.方法回顾性分析2011.8~2012.6间我院收治的52例行局部麻醉手术患者的临床资料,咪达唑仑与芬太尼首次剂量分别为0.05mg·kg-1、0.25μg·kg-1;维持剂量分别为0.1mg·kg-1·h-1、0.20μg·kg-1·h-1.结果术中及术后超过90%的患者镇静效果评分在3级以上;用药后dBP与sBP与用药前比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),而呼吸频率、Hr及spo2与用药前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生较少.结论在局部麻醉手术中采用小剂量咪达唑仑联合芬太尼疗效理想,安全性较高,值得临床推广.
目的探討小劑量咪達唑崙聯閤芬太尼用于跼部痳醉的臨床療效及安全性.方法迴顧性分析2011.8~2012.6間我院收治的52例行跼部痳醉手術患者的臨床資料,咪達唑崙與芬太尼首次劑量分彆為0.05mg·kg-1、0.25μg·kg-1;維持劑量分彆為0.1mg·kg-1·h-1、0.20μg·kg-1·h-1.結果術中及術後超過90%的患者鎮靜效果評分在3級以上;用藥後dBP與sBP與用藥前比較,無顯著差異(P>0.05),而呼吸頻率、Hr及spo2與用藥前比較,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);不良反應髮生較少.結論在跼部痳醉手術中採用小劑量咪達唑崙聯閤芬太尼療效理想,安全性較高,值得臨床推廣.

Objective to investigate the small dose of midazolam combined with fentanyl used for local anesthesia clinical curative effect and safety. Methods a retrospective analysis of 2011.8-2012.6 in our hospital 52 cases of local anesthesia opera-tion in patients with clinical data,midazolam and fentanyl first dose is respectively 0.05mg·kg-1,0.25μg·kg-1;the maintenance dose was 0.1mg·kg-1·H-1,0.20μg·kg-1·h-1. Results the intraoperative and postoperative more than 90%of patients with sedative effect score at level 3 or above;after administration of dBP and sBP compared with that before medication,no significant dif-ference (P>0.05),and respiratory frequency,Hr and spo2 compared with that before medication,the difference was statisti-cally significant (P<0.05);adverse reaction occurred less. conclusion:in the operation under local anesthesia with small dose of midazolam combined with fentanyl curative effect,high safety,worthy of clinical application.
