在简要阐述浙江省水利工程实时图像监控系统基本情况基础上,提出采集实时图片作为数据资源的设计理念,并详细介绍实时图像的切片原理、流程、参数、命名规则等.通过数据接口发布,在应用层面实现实时图片与其他汛情信息的整合和共享.水利工程图片已经被广泛应用于水利行业的各类业务管理和辅助决策应用系统中,支撑着应用系统在水利行业中发挥强有力的作用.

Based on briefly describing fundamental state of real-time video image monitoring system for water conservancy project in Zhejiang, this paper proposes the design conception of collecting real-time images as data resources, and elaborates the slice principle, procedure, parameter, naming conventions of real-time image. Through publishing of data interface, real-time images can be integrated and shared with other flood information in the terminal application layer. Water conservancy engineering images have been extensively used in all kinds of business management and auxiliary decision application system. It supports the application system playing an important role in water conservancy industry.
