随着水利信息化的发展,水利科研领域的计算机网络信息安全问题日益突出.通过研究水利科研领域计算机网络的应用特征和网络安全特点,提出适用于水利科研领域的以管理型防御为主,采用风险评估、防护、检测、响应、恢复等技术的集成化网络安全模型,结合中国水科院的网络安全体系建设工作实践,深入探讨该模型的应用原理,并对其推广价值进行评价.集成化网络安全模型,对于水利科研领域计算机网络安全体系建设及其应用发展,具有一定现实意义和较为广泛的应用价值.

With the development of water conservancy informatization, the computer network information security issues become increasingly critical in the field of water research. In this paper, an integrated network security model is proposed on the base of management of defense and contains risk assessment, prevention, detection, response and recovery technologies. Combining with practices of network security system of our institute,the paper explores application principle of the model in-depth, and evaluates its promotional value. The integrated network security model has some practical significance and can be used widely for computer network security system construction and its application development in the field of water research.
