针对西部炼化企业加工原油来源广的现状,系统研究了5种原油基属与其石脑油馏分的裂解性能优劣的关系.综合分析原油基属、石脑油馏分的物性及其裂解性能,吐哈、南疆、哈萨克斯坦3种原油所产的石脑油馏分中的链烷烃含量较高,裂解性能较优,可用作乙烯原料;北疆、长庆原油所产的石脑油馏分的环烷烃与芳烃的含量较高,裂解产物中的乙烯收率较低,但是丙烯与丁二烯的收率较高,若用作乙烯原料,需适当降低石脑油馏分的切割点,以提高石脑油馏分的裂解性能.
針對西部煉化企業加工原油來源廣的現狀,繫統研究瞭5種原油基屬與其石腦油餾分的裂解性能優劣的關繫.綜閤分析原油基屬、石腦油餾分的物性及其裂解性能,吐哈、南疆、哈薩剋斯坦3種原油所產的石腦油餾分中的鏈烷烴含量較高,裂解性能較優,可用作乙烯原料;北疆、長慶原油所產的石腦油餾分的環烷烴與芳烴的含量較高,裂解產物中的乙烯收率較低,但是丙烯與丁二烯的收率較高,若用作乙烯原料,需適噹降低石腦油餾分的切割點,以提高石腦油餾分的裂解性能.

According to present situation of wide sources of crude oil processed in western refining and petrochemical enterprises, the relationship between five kinds of crude oil characteristics and cracking performance of their naphtha fractions was studied. Crude oil characteristics were analyzed as well as properties and cracking performance of their naphtha fractions. The results show that the alkane content is higher in naphtha fractions of Tuha crude oil, Southern XinJiang crude oil and Kazakhstan crude oil, their cracking performance for producing ethylene is more superior, and the naphtha fractions can be directly used as ethylene feedstock. Because naphtha fractions of Northern XinJiang crude oil and Changqing crude oil have high-content cycloalkane and aromatic, they have lower ethylene yield in their cracking products, but have higher yield of propylene and butadiene. If the naphtha fractions of Northern XinJiang crude oil and Changqing crude oil are used as ethylene feedstock, the cut temperature of naphtha fractions need be appropriately reduced to improve their cracking performance.
