目的探讨经皮解剖型锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折临床疗效.方法2007年12月~2010年6月对18例胫骨远端骨折患者进行经皮内侧解剖型锁定钢板治疗,以临床功能评定治疗效果.结果18例获随访,时间3~16个月,骨折均愈合,无植入物松动、断裂.按Tohner-wruhs方法评价,优10例,良6例,中2例.结论应用胫骨远端内侧解剖型锁定钢板经皮固定治疗胫骨远端粉碎性骨折,创伤小,固定可靠,有利于患者早期功能锻炼,疗效满意,是治疗胫骨远端骨折的理想方法.
目的探討經皮解剖型鎖定鋼闆治療脛骨遠耑骨摺臨床療效.方法2007年12月~2010年6月對18例脛骨遠耑骨摺患者進行經皮內側解剖型鎖定鋼闆治療,以臨床功能評定治療效果.結果18例穫隨訪,時間3~16箇月,骨摺均愈閤,無植入物鬆動、斷裂.按Tohner-wruhs方法評價,優10例,良6例,中2例.結論應用脛骨遠耑內側解剖型鎖定鋼闆經皮固定治療脛骨遠耑粉碎性骨摺,創傷小,固定可靠,有利于患者早期功能鍛煉,療效滿意,是治療脛骨遠耑骨摺的理想方法.

Objactive To retrospective study the clinical outcomes of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosyn-thesis for the treatment of distal tibial fracture. Methods From December 2007 to June 2010, 18 cases with distal tibial fractureswere treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis. Results 18 cases were followed up for 3~16 months. All the patients were clinical healed, delayed union or non-union was not observed. According to the criteria of Tormetta/wruhs, the results were excellent in 10 cases, good in 4 cases and fair in 2 cases. Conclusions Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis is an effective way for treatment of distal tibial fracture. It is simple to operate, reliable to fix, less wounded, low complications, wide applicability, etc.
