倏逝波光纤免疫传感器作为一种新兴的检测技术,在环境检测、食品卫生检测及生物医学检测等领域具有广泛的应用前景.为了降低检测成本并达到快速检测,光纤再生问题就显得尤为重要.我们在对倏逝波光纤免疫传感器原理和光纤再生原理介绍的基础上,对光纤再生的酸性碱性溶液、高浓度盐溶液、去污剂等方法进行简要综述,探讨了光纤再生存在的问题,并展望了解决光纤重生后倏逝波光纤免疫传感器的应用前景.
倏逝波光纖免疫傳感器作為一種新興的檢測技術,在環境檢測、食品衛生檢測及生物醫學檢測等領域具有廣汎的應用前景.為瞭降低檢測成本併達到快速檢測,光纖再生問題就顯得尤為重要.我們在對倏逝波光纖免疫傳感器原理和光纖再生原理介紹的基礎上,對光纖再生的痠性堿性溶液、高濃度鹽溶液、去汙劑等方法進行簡要綜述,探討瞭光纖再生存在的問題,併展望瞭解決光纖重生後倏逝波光纖免疫傳感器的應用前景.

As a new detection technique, evanescent wave fiber optic immunosensor has a great potential in ap?plication for environment detection, food industry and biomedicine detection. It is an important step to regenerate the fiber optic probes after making a measurement for decreasing the cost and time. In this paper, we mainly intro?duced the principles about the regeneration of the fiber optic probes, and reviewed the different methods of the re?generation, including the extreme pH values, high salt concentrations, detergent and so on. The problems in the re?generation were further discussed, as well as gived our prospects about application of the evanescent wave fiber op?tic immunosensor after the problem solving of regeneration.
