近年来毕赤酵母已成为一种优越的异源蛋白表达系统.而提高目的蛋白的表达水平,高密度发酵已成为关键技术环节之一.我们从毕赤酵母工程菌的选择、培养基的优化设计,以及发酵工程过程控制等方面简要阐述毕赤酵母的高密度发酵,并提出了工程菌在高密度发酵过程中存在的问题.
近年來畢赤酵母已成為一種優越的異源蛋白錶達繫統.而提高目的蛋白的錶達水平,高密度髮酵已成為關鍵技術環節之一.我們從畢赤酵母工程菌的選擇、培養基的優化設計,以及髮酵工程過程控製等方麵簡要闡述畢赤酵母的高密度髮酵,併提齣瞭工程菌在高密度髮酵過程中存在的問題.

Pichia pastoris has been utilized widely as an excellent heterologous gene expression system recently. High-density fermentation has been a key technique tache to improve the expression level of the protein of inter?est. In this paper, we expounded the choose of engineering bacteria, designation and optimization of culture medi?um, and control of fermentation course to increase P.pastoris on high-density fermentation. Moreover, the questions existing in industry high-density fermentation were put forward.
