The technique of pipe welding used in the main steam pipe of ultra-supercritical units adopts large diameter ferrite SA335 - P92 pipe with thick walls. Based on repeated pipe welding experiments,the welding parameter and post-welding heat treatment technology are summed up,and the quality controlling measures after heat treatment are pointed out,which offers technical support for the application of the welding technology.
