立足中国石化国际化经营初期、成长、国际化、全球化四个阶段,结合人力资源管理的功能模块,以国内员工、外派员工、当地员工、国际员工四类国际化人才为基础,构建了中国石化国际化人才队伍建设模型框架,对中国石化国际化人才队伍建设的现状和不足进行分析,提出了未来发展阶段国际化人才队伍建设的思路.

In light of the four stages of SINOPEC's going global, i.e. the primary stage, the growth stage, the stage of internationalization and the stage of globalization, as well as the different functions of human resource management, and based on the four types of internationalized talents, which are domestic employees, outsourced employees, local staff and international staff, the paper creates a model framework for the cultivation of internationalized talents in SINOPEC. The paper also analyses the status quo of SINOPEC's cultivation effort of internationalized talents and the existing deficiencies, and puts forward strategies for future effort in the stages to come.
