元坝103H 井是四川盆地川东巴中低缓构造带的一口重点超深水平井.为满足元坝103H 井五开水平段施工,室内对护胶剂、降滤失剂和润滑剂进行了评价优选,在此基础上形成了聚合物钻井液体系,并进行了综合性能评价.元坝103H井五开水平段施工过程中,钻井液的密度选择合适,能够降低黏附卡钻的风险,保证井控安全;钻井液的膨润土含量维持在2%~2.5%之间,体系抗温性能稳定;固、液高效润滑剂的协同作用,保证了体系良好的润滑性和钻进过程中的低摩阻;钻井液处于弱紊流的流型,有效解决了低排量下大环空的井眼清洁问题.现场应用结果表明,该聚合物钻井液体系综合性能稳定,抗温、抗污染和润滑效果显著,能够满足四川元坝地区超深井水平段的钻井需要.

Well Yuanba 103H, located in Bazhong structure of eastern Sichuan basin, is a demonstration ultra-deep horizontal well deployed by Sinopec South-Western Branch. Colloid stabilizers, filtration control agents and lubricants were evaluated and selected in labs, and a type of polymer drilling fluid is developed. Throughout the fifth interval of horizontal section drilling in Well Yuanba 103H, the drilling fluid kept working smooth, owing to: 1) appropriate density lowered the risk of pipe-sticking; 2) MBT between 2% and 2.5%guaranteed the high temperature stability; 3) synergy of efficient lubricants rendered the mud with good lubricity; 4) weak turbulent flow pattern kept the hole clean in annular space with large size and low flow rate. Application results showed that, this polymer drilling fluid system has good temperature resistance, contamination tolerance and lubricant effects.
