肯尼斯油田是一个已经开发15年的带气顶、边水的层状构造砂岩油田,油田非均质严重,断层发育且油气水关系复杂,压裂增产难度大.根据油田地质油藏特点,对裂缝尺寸、施工排量、支撑剂种类、泵注程序等进行了优化:优选合理的裂缝尺寸避免沟通气、水层;采用树脂包砂陶粒减少地层吐砂的风险;优化施工砂比、应用端部脱砂等技术提高中高渗透层的导流能力,同时对压裂效果及其影响因素进行了系统分析,明确了地层能量和近井地带渗透率是影响压裂效果的最主要因素.自2005年以来,压裂获得了良好的单井增产效果,逐渐在新井投产、减缓老井递减、注水引效等方面发挥了越来越大的作用.

Characterized by layered structural sand reservoir with gas top and edge water, Konys oilfield has been developed for more than 15 years. Fracturing stimulation is difficult due to non-homogeneous pay zone, developed fault and complex gas/water/oil relationship. According to the geological and reservoir features, some factors such as fracture geometry, operation capacity, proppant and operation procedure were optimized: reasonable fracture geometry to avoid communicating gas/water layer, RCP to avoid sanding after operation, optimized proppant concentration and tip screen-out fracturing to achieve higher flow conductivity in mid-high permeability zone. Fracturing result analysis has been done to find that reservoir energy and near wellbore permeability is main affecting factor. Since 2005, good performance has been achieved and fracturing technology has played a very important role on new well completion, slowing down old well decreasing and water injection effect.
