目的进一步探讨锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端Pilon骨折的手术的临床综合治疗效果.方法本文选取了2011年2月~2012年8月间入院治疗的64例Pilon骨折患者为研究对象,针对患者实施不同手术后的相关临床治疗进行了比较分析.结果 LCP组32例患者的手术时间和术中出血量均低于AP组患者;骨折愈合时间、石膏制动时间、正位片成角、侧位片成角等指标均优于AP组32患者,且组间比较,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端Pilon骨折的手术治疗效果显著,在治疗胫骨远端Pilon骨折过程中具有重要的意义.

Objective To further explore the clinical therapeutic effect of locking plate in the treatment of distal tibial Pilon fracture surgery. Methods 64 patients with Pilon fracture patients hospitalized from February 2011 to August 2012 were chosen as the research object. The clinical treatment of patients after the implementation of the different surgical was taken for comparative analysis. Results The operative time and blood loss volume in the LCP group of 32 patients was lower than the AP group. Compared between the groups, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The fracture healing time of the LCP group of 32 patients, gypsum braking time and the indicators of anteroposterior film into a corner and lateral view angled were better than the AP group of 32 patients. Compared between the groups, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of locking plate in the treatment of distal tibial Pilon fractures effect is significant, and it has important implications in the treatment of distal tibial Pilon fracture process.
