采用常规有杆抽油设备进行斜井开采时会引起杆管偏磨等诸多问题,基于这一技术难题根据液压原理研发了一种新型的水动力无杆采油系统,避免了杆管偏磨,尤其适用于斜井.从地面液压驱动系统、动力传输系统、井下液力抽油系统介绍了系统的结构组成,并分析了其工作流程.现场试验已平稳无故障运行超过18个月,表明本系统可以满足油田生产需求.

Such as side attrition of pumping rods and tubes problems often encountered when the conventional oil pumping unit is used for inclined wells production. To solve the technical problems, a new liquid power assisted rodless oil pumping system is developed based on hydraulic principle. The novel system can completely solve the rod-tube side attrition problem, and is especially applicable used in inclined wells. This system includes ground hydraulic driving system, power transmission system and down-hole hydraulic oil pumping system. Its workflow is introduced in this paper. In-site test has smoothly run over 18 months which indicates the system can fully meet the oil field production requirements.
