提出一种软开关半桥式DC-DC变换器及其控制方法.在分析常规半桥变换器原理的基础上,引入一种改进的半桥电路,利用辅助开关管、谐振电感和二极管构成辅助软开关器件.通过合理的控制,能够使主功率开关器件实现宽范围零电压开通和关断,有效抑制了开关损耗以及变压器副边整流电路的电压振荡,同时提高了变换器的工作效率.通过实验,验证了所提方案的合理性与可行性,具有较高的实际应用价值.

In this paper, a soft-switching half-bridge DC-DC converter and its controlling method have been put forward. Based on the principle analysis of the half-bridge converter, an improved half-bridge circuit was introduced. An auxiliary soft -switching device was composed by utilization of auxiliary switch, inductor and two diodes. Controlled reasonably, the wide -range turn -on and off at zero voltage was achieved for the main power switch device, the switching loss and the voltage oscillation of the transformer secondary side rectification circuit were effectively suppressed. Meanwhile, the working efficiency of the converter was improved. The reasonability and feasibility of the proposed program have been confirmed in experiments and a high practical value was verified.
