为进一步提高缝网压裂现场实施的有效性,首先分析了以往采用蜡球实现缝内封堵的不足之处,认为主要在于影响泵效、封堵强度不够和蜡球溶解致裂缝导流能力降低.然后通过筛选对比多种暂堵剂的性能,并结合室内支撑剂性能及导流能力实验,提出选用大粒径支撑剂作为缝内封堵剂.此外将端部脱砂压裂作为缝网压裂的实施技术应用到现场中,现场实施了9口井16层.压后分析显示2种方法都有效地提升了缝内净压力.缝网压裂试验井效果显著,与邻井相比,投产前3个月的日产油量分别提高了101.2%、103.8%、133.3%.该技术为低渗/特低渗储层的有效动用提供了有效的手段.

To improve the effectiveness of network fracturing, this paper details the disadvantages of the wax balls as blocking material,?and?they?are?reducing?pumping?efficiency,?not?having?enough?strength?and?reducing?the?fracture?conductivity.?Based?on?the?proppant conductivity test, the blocking fracturing using large size proppant was recommended, and it has been applied in 15 layers of 9?wells.?In?addition,?TSO?fracturing?also?has?been?field?tested?in?1?layer.?The?analyses?after?fracturing?show?that?both?the?two?methods?improve?the?fracture?net?pressure?effectively.?The?oil?production?of?first?three?months?is?101.2%,?103.8%,?133.3%?higher?than?that?of?adjacent?wells,?so?the?technology?is?one?of?effective?ways?in?which?make?low/extra?low?permeability?be?developed?economically.
