针对黄河龙门-三门峡区间水质变化复杂的特点,用多个设计流量、多个控制指标、多个纳污模型对其区间纳污能力进行计算,用90%、75%、50%不同设计保证率下的河道断面流量计算 COD和 NH3-N 的纳污能力,且不同设计流量采用不同的降解系数,从而计算出多组纳污能力值.对于多组纳污能力,提出采用纳污能力最小值和最大值区间作为纳污能力计算结果,为决策者留有决策空间.

It is difficult to calculate the water environmental capacity of the Longmen -Sanmenxia section of the Yellow River due to the complex variation of water quality .A new calculation method is proposed to calculate the water environmental capacity by applying multi -design discharge, a multi-model, and a multi-index.The water environmental capacities of COD and NH 3-N were calculated using the discharge at design reliabilities of 90%, 75%, and 50%.In order to calculate multiple groups of water environmental capacities , different degradation coefficients were used for corresponding design discharge .The minimum and maximum intervals of water environmental capacity are proposed , which can provide decision space for decision -makers.
