我国是一个有着十三亿人口的人口大国,任何一件生活必需品的市场都是十分广阔的.但销售量的巨大数目并不代表所销售的产品本身技术水平的先进,二者并没有明显的整函数关系.灯具生产企业在我国是十分常见的一种企业类型,灯具的生产也与人们的生活密切相关.如何进行对灯具生产企业的有效管理,促进我国的灯具生产的发展与进步,是一个很值得探讨的问题.本文主要从当今灯具生产企业管理中所存在的问题出发,并对所应该采取的对策进行简要的分析和呈现.

Our country is a big country with a population of o-ne bil ion three hundred mil ion people, any piece of daily nec-essities of the market is very broad, while huge number of sa-les of the products do not represent the advanced technical lev-el, which means both have no obvious integral function relatio-nship. Lighting manufacturers in our country is a very commo-n enterprise-type lamps production, which is closely related w-ith people's lives, and it’s a very worthy to discuss the problem of how to carry out effective management and promote the de-velopment and progress of lighting manufacturers in our coun-try. In this article, the author start from the problems that exist in today's lighting manufacturers’ management and briefly an-alysis and presentation the countermeasures that should be tak-en.
