将水质划分为11个级别状态,用改进的Zadeh公式对水质指标进行规格化,构造水质变化的概率转移矩阵,并编写MATLAB程序计算望虞河调水区及望虞河各监测断面的水质变化进步度.结果表明,“引江济太”调水后,望虞河水质1—6月总的改善程度为0畅0372;由各断面的水质变化进步度可知,望虞河江边闸下断面处的水质改善明显,虞义大桥水质呈恶化趋势,从张桥断面以后水质改善程度逐渐增大;总体来讲,调水对望虞河水质的改善有明显影响,但望虞河西岸的重度污染区严重阻碍望虞河水质的改善.

@@@@The water quality was classified into 11 levels.The improved Zadeh formula was used to normalize the water quality indicators.The probability transition matrix of water quality changes was constructed , and a MATLAB program was written to calculate the degree of progress of water quality changes of the river as well as that of five monitoring sections.The results show that the total degree of improvement of the water quality in the Wangyu River from January to June was 0.0372, indicating that the water quality of the Wangyu River improved significantly .As seen from the degree of improvement of water quality at all sections , the water quality in the Jiangbianzhaxia Section had visibly improved, while the water quality near the Yuyi Bridge showed a deteriorating trend .In the lower reaches of the Zhang Bridge Section, the degree of improvement of water quality increased gradually .On the whole, the water diversion had a significant effect in improvement of the water quality of the Wangyu River . However, the severely polluted area at the west bank of the Wangyu River had seriously hindered the water quality improvement.
