简要介绍上海金山铁路改造项目中既有桥利用、加固、改建的原则和门式墩、“歪脖子”墩、槽形梁、下承式钢桁梁等低高度结构的设计.根据金山铁路的技术特点,研究采用了“密布横梁体系钢正交异性板道砟整体桥面”新技术、“MMA + CAP”桥面轻质垫层体系新材料、“简支梁平面转体”和“框架桥无便梁顶进”新工艺,以期为其它既有线改造项目提供有益的借鉴.

@@@@This paper presented the general principle of the existing bridge utilization,strengthening and reconstruction of ShangHai-JinShan district railway,introduced the low height structure design methods of portal pier,eccentric bridge pier,u-shaped beam,and through steel truss bridge,and studied the new technology of whole orthogonal steel ballasted deck with densely covered transverse girders,new light quality underlayment material of bridge deck with MMA + CAP,the swing method of simple supported beam and thrust construction without temporary beam,which could provide a reference for other existing railway line reconstruction projects.
