针对国内清筛机作业时,污土带经常发生碰倒接触网支柱的问题,本文介绍了一种清筛机污土传送带自动避障系统.该系统用激光和超声波两种非接触式检测技术对障碍物进行检测,采用自主研发的污土带转角传感器对污土带位置进行测量,用 DSPIC30F6012单片机作为控制器,提出了避障算法,通过设计的相关软件,结合数字图像监控技术,辅助清筛机驾驶员实现避障操作,提高了系统的交互性,此系统解决了清筛机污土带安全生产避障问题,使用后产生了良好的社会和经济效益.
針對國內清篩機作業時,汙土帶經常髮生踫倒接觸網支柱的問題,本文介紹瞭一種清篩機汙土傳送帶自動避障繫統.該繫統用激光和超聲波兩種非接觸式檢測技術對障礙物進行檢測,採用自主研髮的汙土帶轉角傳感器對汙土帶位置進行測量,用 DSPIC30F6012單片機作為控製器,提齣瞭避障算法,通過設計的相關軟件,結閤數字圖像鑑控技術,輔助清篩機駕駛員實現避障操作,提高瞭繫統的交互性,此繫統解決瞭清篩機汙土帶安全生產避障問題,使用後產生瞭良好的社會和經濟效益.

@@@@According to the safety problem in domestic ballast cleaning machine operation,which is dirty-soil conveyer belt frequently knocking down the catenary system post,this paper introduced a kind of automatic obstacle avoidance system used for dirty-soil conveyer belt of ballast cleaning machine. This system applied two kinds of non-contact detection technology which are laser and ultrasonic in order to detect the obstacles,adopted self-developed goniometer to measure the angel of dirty soil conveyor belt, used DSPIC30F6012 single chip as the core control device,presented the reliable algorithm for automatic obstacle avoidance,and designed the system software. Meanwhile,this system also used digital image monitoring technology in order to help the driver avoid the obstacle and improve the system interactivity, which would solve the problem of automatic obstacle avoidance for dirty-soil conveyor belt in safety production and bring good social and economic benefits.
