无创式直流电刺激中枢神经系统是现在用来减轻多种神经疾病症状的有效方法.为了探究静态直流电场对神经活动的作用机制,利用二维最小模型研究了其在静态直流电场作用下的动力学行为.通过分岔和相平面分析,发现3类神经元兴奋性对相同刺激的不同响应是由不同的峰放电起始动力过程造成的.从起始动力学的角度得到了静态直流电场对神经活动的影响,研究结果可以为无创式直流脑调制技术的应用和发展提供一定的理论指导.

Nowadays,noninvasive stimulation of central nervous system is a promising therapeutic option to allevi-ate the symptoms of a number of neurological disorders. In order to explore the effects of static direct cur-rent(DC)electric field on neuronal activity,this paper investigated the dynamic behaviors of neuron under the effects of external static DC electric field using a two-dimensional minimal model. Through bifurcation and phase plane analysis,it can be found that different responses of three classes of neurons to the same stimulation are caused by different spike initiating dynamics. This paper illustrated the effects of static DC electric field on neuron activity from the point of the dynamics of action potential initiation. It can provide some theoretical guidance for the development and application of noninvasive DC brain modulation technology.
