The noise can not become the main cost to building engineering construction, the construction units should strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the government, the constr-uction environment is protected and improved, but also the co-nstruction site of the impact on the surrounding environment a-nd the surrounding residents living interference to a minimum. This paper from the aspects of architectural energy conservati-on and noise in the principle of the control and measures, buil-ding energy conservation and control of construction noise, si-mply expound views of practical significance and countermea-sures.
