开放大学的产生和发展具有重大的历史与现实意义.自英国开放大学成立并取得瞩目成就以来,开放大学的建设与研究日益受到世人的重视和关注,并成为教育发展的一个重要趋势,建设高水平的开放大学是我国教育发展的战略目标之一.本文对我国近十年的开放大学研究文献进行归纳分析,从宏观建设、内涵理念、机构部门、教育教学、基础建设和综合杂谈六个维度作一综述,以为后续的相关研究提供参考.

The emergence and development of the Open University has the historical and practical significance. Since the Open University (UK) was established with remarkable achievements, great concern and attention has been increasingly paid to the construction and research of open universities and it has one of become a major trend of education development. The construction of a high-level open university has become one of the strategic objectives of the national education development. Based on the content analysis method and the summary of relevant research literature of last ten years from our country, the article elaborates the macro building, the connotation of the concept, the institutional sector, the education and teaching, the infrastructure and the six dimensions of the Open University, and it tries to provide some reference for the future study.
