采用欧盟改进 BCR 连续提取法分析了国家土壤标准物质(GSS-6、GSS-7、GSS-16)中重金属化学形态,测试方法为电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法及石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(ICP-AES 和 GFAAS).提取的形态分别为:酸可交换态(第一步)、可还原态(第二步)及可氧化态(第三步),将3步提取态之和加上残渣态质量分数与国家标准土壤物质中重金属质量分数进行了比较,回收率在93.9%~104%之间.方法准确度用欧盟标准物质 BCR-701进行验证,测定结果与标准值吻合良好.

A modified BCR procedure for the chemical speciation of heavy metals, proposed by the Commission of the European has been applied to the Chinese reference material of soils (GSS-6, Gss-7 and GSS-16). Analyses were carried out by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission or graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (ICP-AES or GFAAS). The fractions extracted were:acid exchangeable (extraction step 1), reducible (extraction step 2), oxidizable (extraction step 3). The sum of the element contents in the three fractions plus the residue was compared to the total content of t heavy metals in the Chinese reference material of soils. The recovery is in the range from 93.9% to 104%. The accuracy was checked by using BCR-701 from the Commission of the European, and the determined values conformed well to the standard values.
