各类生产建设项目造成的人为水土流失日益突出,给人类生存环境带来众多危害,其时空不均衡性、突发性、强度高、危害大的特点使生产建设项目水土保持监测工作成为预防土壤侵蚀的重要抓手.3D激光扫描测量法作为新技术,能克服传统水土保持监测方法应用于生产建设项目中的多种局限性,已逐步应用于相关领域.本研究将3D激光扫描仪应用于生产建设项目水土保持监测中,开展堆弃土边坡土壤侵蚀强度试验研究工作,通过实践去探索和检验这种新技术的实用性和监测精度.结果分析表明:(1)室内模拟降雨与野外自然降雨试验的结果均表明,3D激光扫描仪测量值与传统方法实测值的误差分别为6.15%和11.8%,其测量精度满足水土保持监测及水土保持方案的要求,且多次试验能降低其测量误差;(2)3D 扫描仪的扫描基准点、站位的设置会影响扫描测量精度,而土壤沉降量是影响扫描测量精度的主要原因,应精确计算土壤沉降量以校正扫描测量值,使其准确客观;(3)仍需针对不同项目、不同监测点位和不同监测时段进行更多研究,比较3D激光扫描监测法与传统监测法间所获得数据的差异性,积累基础数据和经验.

All kind of anthropogenic soil erosion cause by production and construction projects become increasingly prominent, and bring many hazards to human environment. The anthropogenic soil erosion, which features are disproportionate, sudden, intensive, great harmful, have made soil and water conservation monitoring as an important measure for the prevention of soil erosion. As a new technology that can overcome the soil and water conservation monitoring limitations in production and construction projects, 3D (Three-dimensional) laser scanning measurement method has been applied to soil erosion research. Apply 3D laser scanner to soil and water conservation monitoring limitations in production and construction projects, study on the test of spoil slopes soil erosion intensity, and explore and test the practicality of this new technology and monitoring accuracy. Analysis of results showed that:(1) the measurement accuracy of 3D laser scanner, obtain by the tests of indoor simulated rainfall and outdoor natural rainfall, is 93.85%and 88.2%respectively. Measurement accuracy meets the requirements of the soil and water conservation monitoring and soil and water conservation programs, and can be improved by repeated test. (2) Soil settlement is the main reason to impact measurement accuracy. The scanning measured value must be corrected by the soil settlement to be more accurate and objective. (3) To clarify the difference between 3D laser scanning monitoring method and traditional monitoring method, we must study more on different projects, different monitoring sites and different monitoring periods.
