地质地形、降雨和人类活动是我国山洪灾害的3个主要成因因素.山洪地质灾害预警系统由信息感知与数据采集子系统、数据传输子系统、数据信息处理子系统和预警子系统组成.信息感知子系统利用雨量、水位和移位传感器对特定区域的雨量、水情和山体移位等关键参量进行监测,通过物联网技术将其接入到数据采集子系统;然后通过数据传输子系统将传感器的数据信息传输到数据处理子系统,利用山洪地质灾害预警平台对相关数据进行处理,并为山洪地质灾害的处理提供决策支持.

@@@@Geology and topography, rainfall and human activity are the three most important contributing factors for the mountain torrent disaster in China. The mountain torrent disaster prediction and alarming system is composed of several subsystems including information sensor and data acquisition, data transmission, information processing, and alarming. The mountain torrent disaster prediction and alarming system monitors the rainfall, hydrological condition, and mountain displacement in special area via the rainfall sensor, hydrological sensor, and displacement sensor. And the parameter information of rainfall, hydrological condition, and mountain displacement is transmitted to the mountain torrent disaster prediction and alarm center via IoT (Internet of Things), and then with the mountain torrent disaster prediction and alarm platform, this parameter information is processed, thus providing certain decision support for the handling of mountain torrents and geologal disasters.
