以用户服务体验和运营商管理为研究主体,结合网络运营的相关概念并建立映射关系,对业务性能和流量进行分析,提出通过网络智能运营模型来全面了解现网健康状况、故障预警并快速定位、提高服务质量和提升整网资源利用率.通过用户体验的改善,减少用户流失,为运营商在运营体系建设提供了参考,深度挖掘网络承载能力和提高网络可扩展性,实现全业务承载的下一代智能网络,为用户创造网络新价值.

The improvement of user experience and the reduction of user loss could provide a reference for the operators in their operating system construction. The in-depth excavation of network capacity and the improvement of network scalability, could implements the next generation intelligent network with full business bearing thus create a new network value for the users.
