The authors introduced research and development process of setting system of short circuit protection of mine low voltage network, and analyzed specific embodiment. Then, the authors evaluated projects effectiveness, and discussed existing problems and value of use and extension of the project. Finally, the authors obtained the following conclusions: research and development of setting system of short circuit protection of mine low voltage network could improve reliability and work ef-ficiency of short circuit protection of low voltage network by using modern computer information system integration network technology.
