通过对煤矿兼并重组后生产规模、采煤工艺、机械化程度等因素的分析,发现兼并重组后的工人大多是小煤矿采矿工人,管理、操作人员的知识水平也较低,严重制约着煤矿的生产建设和日常经营,针对性地开展一系列培训来提高职工教育素质成为兼并重组煤矿的首要任务.
通過對煤礦兼併重組後生產規模、採煤工藝、機械化程度等因素的分析,髮現兼併重組後的工人大多是小煤礦採礦工人,管理、操作人員的知識水平也較低,嚴重製約著煤礦的生產建設和日常經營,針對性地開展一繫列培訓來提高職工教育素質成為兼併重組煤礦的首要任務.

@@@@Through analyzing the factors of production scale, mining process and degree of mechanization of coal annexation and reorganization, the author found that most of the workers after the annexation and reorganization were the small coal mining workers, whose management and level of knowledge of the operating personnel were lower, which seriously restricted the production of coal mine construction and day-to-day operations. Pointedly carrying out a series of training to improve the quality of staff education become the primary task of the annexation and reorganization of coal mine.
